SHIPPING
Shipping Policy
For domestic shipping, we will ship by home delivery service and Japan Post.
It will take about 3 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for regular items after the order is completed.
In addition, we aim to deliver your order within 2 to 3 business days, but delivery may be delayed if orders are concentrated or before and after consecutive holidays. All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card authentication. It cannot be changed or cancelled once an order has been placed.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please contact us if you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and /or holidays.
Shipping Fee
For domestic shipping, the shipping fee is 700 yen ( tax included ) nationwide.
for international shipping, the shipping fee is depending on the shipping area.
Excluded some campaign items and times of campaigning.
Missing Package
Please be sure to send your packages to a secure address. once your shipment is in the possession of a shipping carrier ( USPS, FedEx, etc. ), it becomes the shipping carrier's liability. Please file a report with your shipping carrier if your shipment is lost or stolen in the distribution process or once it is delivered, and notify by email.
Items lost due to theft or storage of the package will not be replaced for any period of time.
We are not responsible for lost items or shipping problems after shipping. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will not be refunded or reshipped.
International Orders
Free shipping on domestic orders over $200. Free shipping on international orders over $300. Taxes and customers/broker fees not included.

International orders usually arrive in 7-14 business days.
The shipping fee is depending on the shipping area.
All international orders will ship via fedex, DHL, or USPS priority international. Please provide your shipping address in English at checkout. Any other languages and missing fields will cause a delay in fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.
