RETURNS

Return Policy

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for your convenience.

However, if the item to be returned is defective or if the item is different from the ordered item due to mis delivery, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days after the item arrives.

We will guide you through the process. We will cover all shipping charges in that instance.

 

Please notice that we do not accept items purchased from an online store other than ours.

We can only accept orders within 30 days of the date of purchase for inquiries concerning refunds, transfers, or losses. Please understand that tracking will become difficult on the system after 30 days. Please note that we do not accept products purchased from other than our online store.

 

ANY RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN “SELLABLE CONDITION.” ALL GARMENTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE MANUFACTURER TAGS ATTACHED.

 

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any new, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains items ( deodorant or makeup, etc ), tears, snags, scuffs and mysterious smells items for a refund ( excluding original shipping charges ) within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Any returned items must be in "sellable condition".

All clothing must be returned in its original packaging with attached manufacturing tags.

 

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PACKING SLIP IN YOUR RETURN. PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT THIS MAY CAUSE A DELAY IN THE RETURN PROCESS.

 

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. After 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will be possible. Items can only be exchanged once.

​Processing

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

It can take your financial institution maximum of 14 business days to reflect payment on your account.

Damaged Returns

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

​Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us by email ( love@rovelistudio.com ) within 2 days of delivery.

Once our team has approved a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the shipping label.

​Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, dyed or damaged, items without the original tag and packaging or marked as Final Sale will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
